Carlene Williams ’10, M.S.N. ’13

Carlene Williams ’10, M.S.N. ’13, is currently assistant nurse manager at Huntington Hospital, and has just become an adjunct faculty member at Suffolk County Community College. Carlene is an alumni ambassador.

Maria Sanchez ’13

Maria Sanchez ’13 welcomed a baby boy in September. Maria is currently the director of human resources and PCMH coordinator at Beacon Health Partners, and is part of the Alumni Ambassador Program.

Michael Giuffrida ’08, M.S. ’13

Michael Giuffrida ’08, M.S. ’13, was promoted to coordinator of community planning and services at the Long Island Coalition for the Homeless. Michael is a frequent guest speaker at the College, an alumni mentor and an alumni ambassador.

Marissa Lynne Micera ’11

Marissa Lynne Micera ’11 married Nicholas Joseph Miceli on August 16 at Infant Jesus Roman Catholic Church in Port Jefferson. She is a teacher at Madison Monroe School 16 in Elizabeth, New Jersey, and lives in Westfield, New Jersey.

Priscilla Anne O’Connell ’67

Priscilla Anne O’Connell ’67 has retired and is enjoying cruising. In 2014 she went to the southern Caribbean with her family, and traveled to the Panama Canal this past winter. She is the proud grandmother of two boys under 2, whom she and her husband babysit every week.

Violet Castana Falcone ’42

Diane Falcone Trentacoste regrets to announce that her mother, Violet Castana Falcone ’42, passed away in December 2013 at the age of 94.
